Co-Founder

Luca brings a genuine, people-first approach to real estate, backed by a strong foundation in finance and a growing track record as an investor. After getting his start alongside Sal, he quickly developed a deep interest in how real estate can create long-term opportunities—not just for himself, but for the homeowners he works with every day. He has since taken that knowledge into action by building his own rental portfolio and continuing to expand his investments.

He is known for being reliable, approachable, and committed to doing right by the people he works with. Luca focuses on creating straightforward, win-win solutions and takes pride in making the selling process feel simple and stress-free. Whether someone is dealing with a challenging situation or just needs a faster, more flexible option, he works hard to ensure they feel informed, comfortable, and confident from start to finish.

Sal

Co-Founder

Sal brings a strong foundation in real estate and finance to SLG, shaped by his time at the Schulich School of Business and his experience working with one of North America’s largest commercial real estate investment firms. That background gives him a clear understanding of both the numbers behind a deal and the real-world impact it has on homeowners.

Since beginning his investing journey in 2014, Sal has been focused on building and executing successful real estate projects while maintaining a straightforward, honest approach in every transaction. He believes that trust, integrity, and follow-through are what set great operators apart. At SLG, Sal works closely with clients to provide practical solutions and ensure they feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Evan

Home Buying Representative

With a background in sales and account management, Evan combines his sales experience with a personal passion for helping clients find the perfect solution to their problems. Through determination and dedication to the client, Evan is prepared to go above and beyond when it comes to ensuring satisfaction amongst all parties involved. He believes relationships are the cornerstone of good business, therefore he strives to create, nurture, and maintain connections made with clients to establish long-term success and fulfillment. When he’s not expanding his knowledge of the real-estate industry, Evan likes to stay active, play sports, and spend time with friends and family.

Home Buying Specialist

Luca’s interest in real estate quickly turned into a long-term commitment after joining SLG. He spends much of his time studying how to build and scale a strong real estate portfolio, and has already taken that knowledge into action by acquiring his own rental property, with plans to continue growing his investments.

He is naturally people-focused and approaches every interaction with the goal of creating a true win-win outcome. Known for being dependable, humble, and consistent, Luca puts in the extra effort to make sure each client feels confident and supported. His priority is to keep the home-selling process simple, transparent, and fair from start to finish.

Tony

Home Buying Representative

Tony uses his expertise from his experience in service and sales management, allowing him to him to excel and provide excellent customer service as a Home Buying Representative. His ability to multi-task and wear different hats has allowed him to handle Real Estate deals full circle from inception, to preparing houses for resale. His outgoing, friendly, personable demeanour shines through both in person or on the phone. He will always go over and above to ensure the sale of your home is a comfortable and a pleasant experience.

Sean

Property Liaison

Sean will be your main point of contact when it’s time to coordinate property walk-throughs. He handles everything — from scheduling visits with our trusted contractors and investment partners to ensuring the process is as easy as possible. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate from the University of Guelph and extensive experience in sales strategy and market analysis, Sean combines his expertise with a friendly, down-to-earth approach to help sellers feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. When he’s not working, Sean enjoys skiing, spending quality time with friends and family, and planning his next adventure!

Sabrina

Office Manager

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sabrina aims to support the SLG team to deliver exceptional administrative assistance on a daily basis. Currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Human Resources, Sabrina is determined to maintain and enhance the accommodating and healthy work environment SLG has established thus far. Sabrina is passionate about supporting her team and working with others to complete daily tasks as efficiently and effectively as possible to ensure smooth delivery of client sales.
